Step 1: The Client shall submit the commission form for hammering out price and details. If accepted, they will receive a PayPal Draft Invoice for 50% of the total cost. Upon payment receipt, draft work begins.

Step 2: Draft work is sent to the Client to verify where moderate revisions are accepted.

Step 3: When the work is completed, a watermarked sample is sent to the Client to evaluate. If approved, a Final PayPal Invoice will be sent, after which, the completed work will then be sent upon full payment.

Work is done at approx. 8,000 x 8,000px at 300dpi (adjusted for scene). The client receives cropped full-size and smaller web-post-sized images. For paper works: If you'd like the original to be mailed, that's negotiable!

For Streams: Client attendance for raffle phase and negotiation of form and payment is mandatory. Attendance during the work phase is not mandatory, however, it is encouraged that the Client attends the stream as best they can to evaluate work process. In most cases Client will only receive a final review if absent. For any control over the Client's commission's edits, barring sent WIPs, they will have to be present in the stream. Edits can be made if the Artist misses a detail that is clearly present in the presented references, or commission description.

  * I do not accept "phoned-in" entry into raffles; You are either in-stream as an available participant, or not participating.
  * I do not accept winners passing their commission form and billing to other entities. If you wish to know if your situation partnered on an idea with another is fair or doable, ask and I will judge.

If the work is canceled during drafting phase, the 50% of the total cost will be refunded. Refunds will be prompt and clear to the registered Client.
If the work is canceled during coloring, no refund will be issued.

REFUSALS
    I. The Artist has full right to refuse Commission service for any reason, informing client of denial/refusal of service.
    II. The Artist reserves the right to reject Client participation or ideas should Client enter or win a raffle or commission slot. In case of the latter, the Client can provide another idea within the allotted time of responding/negotiations.
    III. The Artist reserves the right to reject any critique that can reduce the artistic quality of the Work, or critique that pushes outside the purview of Artist style, coloring, etc.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE
    I. The Artist retains all artistic and printing rights to the commissioned artwork and requests that the work not be commercially distributed or publicly printed without credit or explicit permission.
    II. The Client may use the work for non-commercial/profit PERSONAL use (e.g. banners, icons, roleplay imagery). Credit should be given to 'Dingo' for the work where necessary.
    III. The Artwork is not permitted to be used as an NFT, or for AI generation or training.     IV. The Artist may use the work in future compilations, merchandise, galleries, and portfolios, as well as repurpose or post any unfinished sketches and works to the web for other commissions or personal projects. Privacy options and other rights can be negotiated for an added fee.
    V. Altering the Artist's work without express permission is prohibited, and may result in blacklisting from future business. Exception can be made in cases such as colorings of inked pictures.
    VI. The Artist reserves the right to make and sell prints and examples of the work commissioned in stream.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event the Artist is unable to complete the performance of its obligations under the terms of this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including, without limitation, by reason of "acts of God", fires, strikes, accidents, embargoes, riots, floods, earthquakes, wars, or governmental rulings, Artist shall be relieved from all obligations hereunder and any surplus funds that can be returned to the client in said circumstance shall be returned. The same exceptions are reserved to the Client.

    By sending payment, the Client agrees to, and understands, the above listed terms.
